I was trying this company out for the first time because of a Dinner Jacket that they had that would meet my needs for my 15 anniversary vacation. I wanted a pair of tuxedo pants to match the dinner jacket. The pants they sent were the wrong one's they were plain regular dress pants not tuxedo pants and this is how you find out how good a companys business is when you have to actually use their customers service.

They replied in a timely manner according to the age of apps and internet they did a good job. I'm just a little older and perfer reaching and talking to someone on the phone but this is the age we are living in now and I digress. They sent me the correct pair of tuxedo pants and sent me a pair that were hemmed already to save me some time quickly without hesitation and the pants were the correct one's a perfect fit, and in perfect condition. They will continue to receive my business and my anniversary vacation pictures will be great because of their customer service.
