RETURN POLICY

HOLIDAY: All orders placed after Nov 15th, have an extended return policy until Jan 15th for Christmas. 

You can count on our 100% Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee. We offer hassle free returns for up to 30 days from receipt of your order. Please see conditions below.

  • All returns must be in original unworn, unaltered condition with the tags attached.
  • No restocking fee for retail customers.
  • Studio and Theater orders over 5 Pieces, please contact prior to ordering for studio return policy. 
  • Refunds will be applied back to the original form of payment. 

Our return policy is only valid on good faith orders. Meaning a customer places an order with the intention of keeping the item. We understand that sometimes things don't fit, or styles don't work for you. Any order that fits one of the examples below will be considered a bad faith order, in this scenario we offer 100% store credit or exchange or we charge a 30% fee on all returned items to cover the cost associated with packing, shipping, and restocking the items. We do this so we can provide the majority of our customers with a fair and free return policy.

Any order for the same item in consecutive sizes. (customer orders a 40R, 42R, 44R) to see which one fits the best.

Any order for similar products in the same size. (customer orders three different 42R burgundy suits, to see which one they like the best)

Any order over $500. (customer orders 6 different suits to try, that they just want to look at and returns most of them) 

These apply to multiple orders from the same customer during a short time period (you can't break up one large order into four small orders to bypass this policy.

Express shipping charges are not refundable.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer easy hassle free exchanges for 30 days from receipt of your order.  Please see conditions below.

  • All exchange must be in original unworn, unaltered condition with the tags attached.
  • There are no fees for exchanges.
  • Exchanges will be shipped within 48 hours of the exchange being shipped back to us.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1 - Contact us

Please send an email to admin@signaturemenswear.com. Please include your full name (as it appears on your order), your order #, if you need an exchange or a return, and what you would like to exchange for or the reason for your return in your email. Instructions will be emailed to you at this point.

STEP 2 - Return Your Item

All returns and exchanges must be returned in there original, unused, unaltered condition, with the original tags attached, and on there original hangers within 30 days of receipt.

  • Return via ground shipping via, UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS.
  • Please reply to your return instructions email with the tracking# provided to you by the courier used to ship your items back.
  • Your return will be processed withing 48 hours for refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be refunded minus shipping fees.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return based on the condition of the returned product.
