Ok I wanted a fun purple velvet blazer after living my life in navy blue wool. Hardly a luxury item so I was price sensitive. It was a sale item with a small promo code. Was worried about quality at that price point. Product arrived much faster than I thought it would. The quality was excellent for the price. When I tried it on it was juusst too snug. I fall at the high end of their XL size chart, so a bit of a tough match. I emailed them and explained and they agreed to send out a new one if I sent back the old. I thought "oh here we go this will take forever and it still won't work, knew I shouldn't have got something on the internet". I was wrong. I got an actual human on the other end of the email, shipped the jacket back. I explained that the cost of shipping on my end (they didn't charge for theirs) was over the promo code that clinched the deal and they agreed to a slight reduction to cover it. They say you can tell the most about a company when something goes wrong and I have to say I was extremely impressed by their responsiveness, tone and good will. You could tell they wanted to make it work. Definitely would shop the site again and still cruising for velvet. Excellent experience
